Say yes to life. Say yes to your dreams. No is OK too but “No” should be something you say to protect yourself from undesirable things – things that hurt you. But don’t say “no” to things that are good for you – this is time when you say yes.
If you want something in life and have been told “no, you can’t have that” or “no, you can’t do that” than it’s time to change your thinking and refocus. Let go of those limits, fears, or doubts and START SAYING YES to the things that will make you happy. Focus on those things.Say yes to those things and be happy. Start saying yes to living and yes to life.
